The Red Zebra is not only a beautifully striped hybrid tomato, but it also has a very juicy and flavorful taste as well! This variety was first grown in 2013 by Jeff Dawson and is a cross between Tom Wagner's 'Green Zebra' tomato and an unknown parent.

SPRING SHIPPING - The Standard Mix is a blend of popular delicious seed potatoes that are great for baking, boiling, frying, mashing and more! Each variety of potato in the Standard Mix has approximately 8 potato seed pieces per pound. Usually 3-5 potatoes that can be cut into more pieces to plant. Minimum of 4lbs (1lbs of each variety). Yukon Gold - Best seller and an excellent keeper! Attractive, smooth, thin yellow skin, shallow eyes, yellow flesh and uniform yields. If you like your fried potatoes golden brown, Yukon Gold will almost turn that color by themselves. However, with Yukon Gold, your mashed potatoes are golden and beautiful to both the eye and the taste. When first harvested, Yukon Gold shows unique pink eyes not seen in other yellow varieties. They are best when home grown! Russet Burbank - The Idaho Potato that Idaho built its reputation on! Also known as the "Idaho Netted Gem" or simply "The Russet". It is the most widely grown potato in the United States. We have eaten literally thousands of them baked, and the last one tasted just as good as the first. Dr. Burbank even admitted he was fortunate to have bred this cultivar. Red Pontiac Easy and adaptable red potato for home gardening. Most likely the easiest and most adaptable red potato there is to grow, not to mention the consistent flavor! Attractive deep red skin and eyes, white flesh. The tuber of choice for new potatoes or fresh eating. Red Pontiac - Comes from Florida in 1945 so it grows well in both the South and North regions. Kennebec Potato Seeds One of the most popular potatoes grown by home gardeners. High yields of large, white skin, white fleshed tubers that grow well under harsh conditions. Kennebecs - Superb boiled, mashed, fried, hashed or baked. Good jacket potato - smoother it in sour cream, cheese, chives and bacon. It's absolutely perfect. If it is late in the season and we are out of a variety above, we will substitute the next closest variety.

Certified - The O'Henry is a unique looking white-skinned and cream-fleshed sweet potato variety with a deliciously delicate sweet flavor. This different looking sweet potato might look more like a potato than sweet potato, but its yummy sweet flavor is all sweet potato! O'Henry cooks drier than other sweet potatoes making it the perfect baking or frying sweet potato.

The Mild French garlic is a bold flavored garlic that is quick growing. This garlic variety was first bred by Porter & Sons seedhouse. The Mild French can be grown throughout the United States, even taking the stiff heat of far Southern areas. Its plants grow taller and mature more quickly than most other members of the Silverskin family. Mild French's bulbs will yield an average of 12-14 cloves. The flavor of the Mild French varies a bit based on the climate. This garlic offers a bold flavor that has greater heat the further north it’s grown! Mild French is a very long storing silverskin garlic up to a year. Approximately 12-15 garlic bulbs per pound. Approximately 12-14 cloves per bulb.

The Collection Mix is a delicious mix of our three most popular garlics, California Early, Italian Red and Spanish Roja. Approximately 8 cloves/ bulb. Approximately 75-85 garlic cloves/ pound. Each variety offered in the collection comes in increments of 1/4 lbs. California Early Garlic Early season garlic harvest with excellent flavor! This is likely the most commonly grown variety in the U.S., and for good reason. It is a large, easy to grow softneck, with a nice mild flavor and excellent storage ability. Cal-Early is one of our "work-horse" varieties we depend on, year after year, for fresh market and garlic braiding. The skins are a nice off-white with a purple blush and it produces 8-10 cloves per head. Italian Red Garlic A great tasting and excellent storage garlic! A variety that is widely grown throughout the United States. Early Italian Red is a hardneck garlic that is very heat-tolerant porcelain garlic that can be planted in spring of fall! Spanish Roja Garlic Early season garlic harvest! A gourmet best-selling garlic for home gardens! Excellent classic rich flavor. Each bulb has about 8-12 cloves. Outer wrapper varies in color, from a rich cream to deep purple stripes. Cloves are large with a brownish red color and are easy to peel. Keeps well, 4-6 months. During curing many bulbs lose their stems. *Similar substitutions will be made at end of garlic season. We will replace any out of stock garlic with similar variety. If no substitution is wanted please order items separately.

The Midnight Ruffles Lettuce gets its name for being one of the darkest red loose leaf lettuces around! This variety is a delicious new lettuce variety that has extra crinkled leaves, with toothed edges. The Midnight Ruffles hearts are very densely packed for a leaf type, but are so sweet and delicious any salad or dish!

'Reine des Vallees' is grown in Europe by home gardeners and commercial fruit growers. Its name in French means "Queen of the Valleys". Its name in Italian is Regina delle Valli. Whatever the name, this cultivar is THE standard in Europe for alpine strawberries. The major fruit exporting growers in Europe grow this variety exclusively. Reine des Vallees is a clumping type (produces few to no runners) and is day neutral which means that flowering is not dependent on day length. It is very productive and produces scarlet red fruit with the distinctive wild strawberry flavor and aroma that is expected from fraises des bois.

The 7 Pot Douglah is one of the hottest and rarest of the 7 pod strains available! This pepper variety is characterized by a dark brown flesh that has wrinkles all over the surface. 7 Pot Douglah starts out green and matures to the dark brown. When you slice a fresh Douglah open, you will immediately see pools of liquid capsaicin oils that give this chili so much heat and has an excellent flavor fresh or as a powder! Use with caution, extremely hot!

The Zipper Cream cowpeas are very easy to grow and are a tasty Southern favorite! This variety produces bushy 2-3' plants that bear heavy yields. The 6-9" large pods have large, creamy-white seeds. There are 18-20 seeds per pod. The Zipper Cream is an easy to shell cowpea. Treated Seed.

The Blue Shelling Pea is a Dutch heirloom blue podded pea that has been highly regarded for hundreds of years. This very versatile variety can be picked young and eaten raw as a colorful snow pea pod or left to swell and harvested as a plump pea for cooking. This pea plant produces lovely purple flowers with a faint scent that are also edible and delicious! Traditionally used as a winter dish, Blue Shelling would be soaked overnight and then pan fried with onions and bacon - yum! Give this 6' plant some support.

Certified - The Yellow Finn Potato has a buttery sweet flavor that is far superior than any other potato! This variety produces excellent yields of flat, round and sometimes pear-shaped tubers. Yellow Finn performs best with a lush, long growing season. The moist, mash-able texture of this variety is an excellent keeper and one of our favorites!

The Pinto Gold is a favorite for fresh markets!

The Purple Glazer is an excellent purple striped garlic. This amazing variety hails from the Republic of Georgia. Purple Glazer produces fat white cloves with deep purple streaks. The Purple Glazer has a strong flavor with no heat and a very minimal aftertaste.

The Santa Fe Lettuce produces a small blanched head that is surrounded by green outer leaves with a tinged bronze-red tip. This variety is a favorite for being extra crunchy!

The Dickinson is a smooth large pumpkin perfect for pies! The large buff colored rind is an attractive addition to any pumpkin patch or garden. Fairytale is a traditional pumpkin variety from the south of France. This gorgeous, big flat fruit is heavily ribbed and looks similar to large wheels of cheese. This pumpkin averages 20 lbs. and ripens to a rich brown when fully ripe. The deep orange flesh is very fine grained, one of the best for baking! Long season.

The Blush Butter Cos Lettuce is a very popular and tasty butterhead variety with beautiful pink blushing and cos qualities. This lettuce has a good, sweet flavor with dense, buttery sausaged leaves. This variety is most known for its easy to remove leaves without any tearing or bruising.

The Black Krim Tomato is a popular dark purple Russian heirloom with slightly black shoulders that has a rich, sweet flavor that always scores high in tomato test trials! This meaty, juicy tomato variety contains an average amount of seeds on the inside. The Black Krim develops a darker color and a sweeter flavor the longer it matures on the vine. This variety is growing in popularity within farmers markets and different restaurants. The round, medium-sized beefsteaks grows to be 8-12 ounces, and are wonderful for slicing or canning. The Black Krim gets its name for originating in Crimea, a peninsula in the Black Sea.
