The Roma is a popular heirloom elongated tomato preferred for cooking, canning and making a spectacular Italian paste. This variety has very thick flesh, low seed count and produces high yields of up to 200 fruits on each plant. The Roma VF also has great disease resistance to verticillium and fusarium wilt. These strong vigorous plants can be grown outdoors or in a greenhouse.

"42-Days” is the world’s earliest tomato plant. Be the first to harvest tomatoes with excellent flavor. Small .5-1 oz. fruits are bright red and have very few seeds. While most early tomatoes originate from cooler climates, “42-Days” is believed to have come from the southern climate of Mexico. From our experience it does well in both cool and warm climates. Perfect for container growing.

The Jack Be Little is a small pumpkin that is popular in many floral arrangements! This new miniature pumpkin is ideal for small Jack'O Lanterns and other decorations. These easy to grow plants bear several small pumpkins per plant. The Jack Be Little pumpkins are edible, but are more highly valued for their decorative value and will last for months if properly cured!

The Musquee de Provence Pumpkin is a big, flat and heavily ribbed beautiful variety that ripens from green to a deep brown. The Rutgers Tomato produces an intense, red colored, round fruit that is a proven variety that excels at canning and slicing. This highly productive, open pollinated heirloom tomato is one of the earlier maturing tomato varieties and has been around since 1934. Rutgers grows on a strong vine and can weigh anywhere from 6-12 ounces. The first maturing tomatoes tend to be smaller while later maturing tomatoes are larger. This tomato has a beautiful flesh inside with a good ratio of flesh to gel with a few seeds for each slice. This variety holds well when sliced making it great for sandwiches! The Rutgers tomatoes were originally developed by a Rutgers University scientist named Lyman G. Schermerhorn in co-operation with the Campbell's Soup Company. The tomato was developed by crossing Marglobe with a variety called JTD. As time went on, the Rutgers became the most famous tomato worldwide and once made up over 70% of the tomatoes being processed in the United States.

Big Bertha pepper seeds produce a well-known, hybrid sweet bell pepper variety that quickly became popular with home gardeners for its reliability and impressive size. Big Bertha is a sweet bell pepper (Capsicum annuum) noted for its extra-large, blocky fruits that commonly reach 7 inches long and 4 inches wide, with thick, crisp walls and a mild, sweet flavor that matures from glossy green to bright red. Plants are vigorous and productive, typically growing 24–30 inches tall, and are valued for high yields and uniform fruit shape, making them excellent for fresh eating, stuffing, grilling, and freezing. For best results, start seeds indoors 8–10 weeks before the last frost, transplant after all danger of frost has passed, and grow in full sun with rich, well-drained soil; consistent watering, warm temperatures, and regular feeding will help support heavy fruit set and maximize fruit size.

A crossing of a Permagreen Bell pepper and an Early Jalapeno variety bred by New Mexico State in 1995. A flavorful variety of pepper known for its vibrant, citrusy tang paired with a mild to medium heat. This pepper is often recognized for its bright yellow to orange color and its zesty, lemon-like aroma, which makes it stand out in both culinary and ornamental uses. They can be used fresh, dried, or in sauces to add a refreshing, tangy kick to dishes, and are particularly popular in salsas, salads, and marinades.

A sugary-enhanced (se+) sweet corn known for its outstanding tenderness and extra-long harvest window and the longest holding period of any early variety. Ears stay sweet and tender in the field for up to two weeks, giving growers exceptional picking flexibility. This true early gourmet favorite produces attractive 7–7½" ears with 14 rows of narrow, deep kernels packed with rich, creamy sweetness. Plants grow 5–6 feet tall with strong stalks and good ear set, making them reliable and easy to manage. Especially well suited for regions at latitude 38° and higher, this variety also ships well thanks to its kernel quality and ear uniformity. A classic early sweet corn choice for both fresh eating and market sales.

The Landreth Stringless bean is a very old heirloom that debuted by D. Landreth Seed Company in the late 1800's. A meaty bean, very flavorful, stringless bean and produces heavy yields. The pods are medium green in color and a little over 5” long. The seeds are a rich chocolate or coffee brown. This bean is excellent for the home garden, market garden and canner.
