The Moon and Stars Watermelon is a popular heirloom variety that is named for its yellow "moon" and "stars" skin pattern! This mouth watering watermelon was introduced by the Henderson seed company in 1926. Ever since its introduction, this variety has been a staple for many gardeners. The Moon and Stars Watermelon has a deep green skin with lots of yellow "stars" and a few "moons" with a red, juicy and sweet flesh.

The Mammoth Gold Pumpkin is a smooth, molted pink golden-orange, faintly ribbed and irregular shaped pumpkin. This variety grows to have an 18-24" diameter and weighs in usually between 40-60 lbs. but can get to be over 100 lbs.! The Mammoth Gold's thick pale yellow-orange flesh is edible but coarse, and can be used for pies as well as novelty.

The Cheddar cauliflower lives up to its name with its awesome cheddar color and great flavor! This cauliflower is a novelty, orange curd that is high in beta-carotene. A mid-size plant, domed head, and is very productive in the fall. Fun to watch grow and eat!

Avatar is a medium sized melon with firm, flavorful orange flesh. The exterior is light green color that turns to a yellow-tan when fully ripe. These melons are early maturing reach 7-9lbs.

Red Acre cabbage is simply the best early maturing red cabbage! Red Acre is a fantastic cabbage that produces reddish-purple heads. Each cabbage head grows to 7 inches in diameter and weighs about 3 pounds. Red Acre is resistant to cabbage yellowing and is great for home gardens that have little space. Red Acre cabbage stores better than just about any other early cabbage variety. Great raw or for coleslaw use.

The Ruby Queen is an excellent canning and fresh eating beet! A perfectly round beet that has a smooth buttery texture that is more tender than any other beet. An early maturing beet, 52 days, that grows well in any soil type throughout the country. Ruby Queen can be grown close because they hold their shape well. They can also be grown larger than most beets and still hold good flavor making it a great market beet. An All American Selection winner!

The Goldetti F1 Squash is a cylindrical golden orange winter squash variety with a dry stringy flesh resembling long, thin pasta. These 11 inch long squashes are ready to harvest when the skin becomes hardened and will keep for up to six months. The Goldetti is a wonderful pasta substitute and is best prepared whole in the microwave or baked.

The California Blackeye #46 is similar to California Blackeye #5, but with smaller seeds. Bred by the UCLA and released in 1987. California Blackeye #46 plants are more erect than California Blackeye #5. The seeds are a typical blackeye type of Southern peas with cream-colored seed coats and black pigments around the eyes.  Heavy yielder. If using for Nitrogen fixation we highly recommend using a cowpea inoculant. Try with cowpea inoculant for maximum Nitrogen fixation.
