The Betty Tomato is an extraordinary tasting dark red juicy tomato that has a substantial beefsteak size. This variety has the characteristics of an heirloom tomato combined with the large yield of a hybrid. The delicious Betty is known for being good for early spring production.

Big, pink fruit with outstanding flavour is a cross of Big Dwarf and Brandywine. An outstanding heirloom-hybrid with much higher yielding and earlier to mature than its heirloom parents, with all of the great flavor and fewer blemishes. Regular-leaved plants bear pink beefsteaks that weigh 12 to 16 ozs. and have all the wonderful taste of the original heirlooms. Matures in 75-80 days.

The Country Gentleman corn is one of the best tasting open-pollinated corns available! This heirloom variety is a sweet, delicious corn with milky kernels that was first introduced over 100 years ago. Country Gentleman is a white variety with 8” ears. Its ears have no rows, as this is a shoepeg type, and its kernels are packed in a zigzag pattern. Country Gentleman is one of the best heirloom sweet corns in our opinion!

Headstart is a new quick to mature, ball type cabbage. This variety displays very uniform head size and good round shape. Does best in Southwest region.

The Hailstone Radish is a round white radish with a very crisp flesh that is a nice color contrast on relish trays and in salads. This quick growing radish is suitable to both spring and fall planting. Begin harvesting this radish variety when its nearly an inch across.

The Scallop Juane et Verte Squash is a beautiful french heirloom scalloped summer squash that is known for being very flavorful. This cream-ivory and green striped scalloped squash can be used for both ornamental and cooking purposes. Scallop Juane et Verte is the perfect stuffing squash!

The Fiesta is a beautiful, heavy yielding broccoli . Uniform plants are medium height, giving rise to 5-7" blue-green heads. Heavy yields that are disease resistant, which is definitely a reason to celebrate!

The Orient Wonder bean is a white seeded yard-long bean with tender pods. This type of pole bean is sometimes called asparagus or yard-long bean. Popular in warm and humid areas, where plants are vigorously vining. Extra-long, slender pods are slow to form seeds, resulting in more tender beans that can be harvested over an extended period. Orient Wonder is popular for specialty and ethnic markets and superior to standard strains due to its ability to set in cooler climates.

The Seven Top is a tender, round and beautiful white globed turnip variety that produces consistently for a long period! This turnip is the best variety for producing masses of fine-flavored, old-fashioned, turnip greens that makes the ultimate southern staple!

King Richard is a newer leek variety that grows well throughout the United States. This leek variety is a summer type, non-bulbing leek that grows to 12" in length. King Richard has green leaves with white inside. This leek is a very early maturer and is not sufficient for overwinter growing.

Citrino is a mid-season honeydew orange flesh. Citrino boasts excellent flavor and high Brix. It has good storage ability once harvested. This melon has a round shape with dense flesh and a medium closed cavity. Citrino has a smooth, creamy white rind.

The Chrystal Batavian Lettuce is known for its beautifully colored leaves! This lettuce's coloring has a bright purplish red contrast on broad green loose leaves. The Chrystal Batavian is a summer crisp type of lettuce.

The Casper Pumpkin is a white skinned ornamental pumpkin with a thick orange flesh that is of excellent eating quality. This variety grows to be 9-12 inches in diameter and 10-16 pounds. Casper's handle is tan with a corky texture and its skin has less bluing than many other white varieties.

A great pumpkin for compact growing and Powder Mildew is a concern. Magic Lantern’s produces classic size pumpkins in the 16-24 lb. range with bright orange skins and attractive medium ribs. Growers note good crown set on Magic Lantern’s vines, as well as higher yield per acre from closer planting.

Cow Horn Okra is one of the best flavored okras around that is great for pickling or gumbo! This variety produces larger pods than most okra and should be harvested young and tender. The best time to harvest Cow Horn is at 6," but it can remain spineless, crunchy and tender up to 10" long. This old heirloom okra dates all the way back to the early 1900's. The twisted shape of this variety somewhat resembles the horns of a cow, getting its name, Cow Horn. Use shorter more tender pods for pickling or longer pods for tasty gumbo! The flowers on Cow Horn will start to appear within 45 days with okra pods soon to follow.

A fun cucumber that can be grown outdoors or inside on a sunny windowsill or counter, without a garden! Enjoy these minature delights over a few week window of harvest. Best to provide a trellis for support of these plants and pinch when the vine reaches the top. Produces  a crisp and sweet cucumber that are great for fresh eating. Produces without a pollinator. Harvest when 2" long for best flavor and seedless fruits.

Early maturing cabbage with tight heads! Stonehead is a fast grower with 6" heads that average between 4-6 lbs. when mature. Good texture and flavor. This hybrid resist yellow and black rot very well. A great market variety that matures early, won't split and holds well after harvest. Grows well throughout the United States. An All American Selection winner in 1969.
