The Burpee Improved Bush Lime bean plants produce large pods, high yields, and perfectly shaped beans. Burpee Improved beans are both larger and thicker than normal lima beans. The growth is even more vigorous, with heavier foliage. The plants are uniformly upright.
The Wampum corn is an earlier version of a Carousel type of ornamental corn with ears that are 4-5 in. long and 1.25 in. diameter. This variety's colors may include many shades of yellow, gold, white, pink, red, blue, black, and purple. There is lots of color variation on a single ear. The Wampum's husk color is both maroon and white, resembling a Carousel and Mini Indian, but matures 2 weeks earlier.
The Elite cowpea is a bush type cream southern pea that produces heavy yields of 7" pods with cowpeas that are delicious and easy to shell. This cowpea is one of the most productive of all the cream peas. If you are using for Nitrogen fixation we highly recommend using a cowpea inoculant. Try with cowpea inoculant for maximum Nitrogen fixation.
Abominable F1 is a standout white pumpkin known for its impressive size, true white color, and strong, dark green handle with excellent attachment. This variety has been recently resurrected.
Starbor is a great one cut kale. Tightly cured leaves, that turn to a blue-green color. Plants are compact at 12-18" and produce very uniform leaves. Resistant to turning yellow and has excellent flavor.
The Snow Crown cauliflower is a delicious, mild and sweet hybrid. This cauliflower's head will get to 7-8 inches across and 1-2 pounds. The Snow Crown is extra early and adaptable and can be harvested in summer or fall. Be careful not to under-fertilize or water, stress can cause a purplish discoloration on the undersides of the head.
