Honey Rock is a great tasting, early maturing heirloom melon with good yields of quality fruit. This melon variety produces compact 3-4 lbs fruits that are early to mature in just 80 days! Honey Rock's flesh is a tender salmon-orange hue with a delicate sweet taste, no wonder it was an AAS winner for 1933! This small melon is a good size for an early melon.

Scout is an early to main season intermediate variety and can make a good transition from intermediate to long days. It is a consistent yielder and a uniform producer of jumbo and colossal bulbs and holds up well to mechanical harvest.

The Buena Mulata Pepper is beautiful ornamental hot pepper that ripens from a vivid violet to zesty orange, then to deep red! This old heirloom variety traces back to Horace Pippin, an African-American folk artist. When ripe, the pepper will get to around 6 inches in length and will have a heat level that is similar to a cayenne pepper. The Buena Mulata can be used fresh or dried to give any dish a slight kick!

Mei Qing Choi cabbage is a Shanghai pak choi type with good heat and cold tolerance and bolting resistance. In the U.S., this variety is harvested as baby pak choi. It is smaller than Joi Choi, weighing about a quarter of a pound. This pak choi has an excellent flavor and is extra tender.

A newer variety that produces flaming red veins on deeply lobed, dark green leaves. Dragon’s Fire brings a great mix of color, shapely form, and delicious, zesty flavor to garden mixes.
