The beautiful Moranga squash's name comes from the traditional Brazilian dish called 'Camarão na moranga' which also means 'shrimp in a squash.' This squash is also known as the 'Pink Pumpkin.' The Moranga can get to be 4-8 pounds and range in color from light pink to salmon.

Ready in about 89 days, this variety forms broad, slightly flattened heads that average 6–8 pounds. The crisp white interior is beautifully framed by heavily savoyed blue-green wrapper leaves. It handles heat well and truly shines in fall production, delivering consistently impressive, eye-catching heads for your garden.

The Long Purple eggplant is considered a favorite productive Italian type of eggplant! This eggplant is a an old heirloom that was first brought to America in the 1870's by B.K. Bliss of New York. This variety produces good yields of mildly flavored eggplants that are 8-10" long by 2" wide. The Long Purple has a dark purple and glossy skin with pale white flesh that has few seeds. This variety is the most flavorful and tender when harvested young at 5-6" long. The Long Purple is a great variety for slicing and adding to different Italian dishes, such as lasagna.

The Minowasw Daikon Radish is a delicious microgreen with a peppery flavor! This is a favorite microgreen to add to salads and sandwiches. The Minowase Daikon radish adds a spicy flavor, but with no bitter taste! This variety is one of the fastest growing microgreens available. Harvest in 10-15 days.

The Salad King Endive lives up to its name, as it is the king of salads! It is a beautiful endive with vigorous and uniform growth. This variety's long, curled and deeply cut leaves have a dark green blade and pale green midrib. The Salad King Endive grows more spreading and is very slow bolting in hot weather while withstanding fall rains and light frost as well.

Truckers Favorite White is an heirloom white dent field corn that is excellent for roasting, frying or used as a dent. This corn stays fresh for a long time and its stalks are 8-9' tall and ears are 8-10" and have 14-18 rows. This corn produces high yields with good soil fertilization and its excellent foliage for early fodder.

China Star is a high producing and uniform Chinese cabbage. Grows large heads with a dark green exterior and dark yellow interior. It is slow bolting. China Star performs well in all Chinese cabbage planting slots.

The Brilliant Rainbow Quinoa blends beautifully into meals or salads. Just like its name, this quinoa contains a spectrum of many different colored heads - red, orange, gold, white, and green. The Brilliant Rainbow Quinoa's leaves have a salty spinach-like flavor. Harvest for greens when 6-8" tall or let grow for beautiful tall blooms that can be harvested for grain. This Quinoa's grain has a nutty flavor that goes well with any dish!

The Chrystal Batavian Lettuce is known for its beautifully colored leaves! This lettuce's coloring has a bright purplish red contrast on broad green loose leaves. The Chrystal Batavian is a summer crisp type of lettuce.

The Tasty Evergreen Tomato is a green fleshed heirloom with a tasty, strong sweet flavor. This tomato was introduced by Glecklers Seedmen of Metamora, Ohio in 1956. This delicious large heirloom ripens to grapefruit yellow with a lime-green flesh, giving it a very sweet flavor. This very productive, medium-sized beefsteak grows well throughout the United States. The Tasty Evergreen produces a continual harvest throughout the season.

Jacaranda broccoli, a standout variety with its deep purple florets and rich flavor, is a relatively recent addition to the diverse world of broccoli cultivars. Originating from the efforts to enhance both the visual appeal and nutritional profile of broccoli, this variety was developed to offer a unique alternative to traditional green broccoli. Jacaranda broccoli thrives in well-drained, fertile soil with a pH level between 6.0 and 7.0. To plant, start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost or directly sow them outdoors after the danger of frost has passed. Roxanne is a hybrid radish with uniform bright red color and a beautiful creamy white interior. Roxanne is a great tasting radish with no pithiness or bleeding even at a larger size. This radish stays firm and solid even when oversized, and holds well in the garden.

The Long Island Cheese Squash got its name by resembling a large wheel of cheese and has been a favorite since the 1800s! This dark orange, ribbed winter squash can weigh 6-12 pounds. The Long Island Cheese has a sweet delicate flavor that is perfect for pies and other sweet baked treats. This squash will keep up to 6 months in storage.

Sorrento is a speedy maturing broccoli that is reliable for fall or late winer growing. This is our favorite Raab for fresh market and home growers. This plant has uniform large florets with bluish-green narrow turnip-shape leaves. It has a tall, upright plant habit and a low bolt tolerance.

The Marglobe Supreme Tomato is great for home and market growing as it is the highest producing tomato plant that we have ever seen! The Marglobe Supreme tomato plant was originally released by the USDA in 1925 and was first developed in 1917 from a cross between 'Marvel' and 'Globe'. Marglobe Supreme has been in demand for several generations while many other varieties have come and gone. This high yielding tomato plant is stocky, vigorous, and has excellent disease tolerance. Its vine growth is uniform and provides good protection from sun scald. The Marglobe Supreme produces high yields of crack resistant  4-6 ounce, smooth and round shaped tomatoes that are perfect for canning.
