Jacaranda broccoli thrives in well-drained, fertile soil with a pH level between 6.0 and 7.0. To plant, start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost or directly sow them outdoors after the danger of frost has passed. The plants prefer cooler weather and should be spaced about 12-18 inches apart to allow for proper growth. Regular watering and consistent care, including the addition of compost or organic matter, will support optimal development. With its attractive color and robust flavor, Jacaranda broccoli not only adds visual interest to the garden but also provides a nutritious and delicious vegetable for a variety of culinary creations.

Triton F1 is well known for its superb taste and texture. This carrot has strong tops that are erect and dark green in color. Its roots are nine to ten inches long and .5-1 inch in diameter. This carrot is medium-orange and quite cylindrical in shape with a semi-blunt tip.
Roxanne is a hybrid radish with uniform bright red color and a beautiful creamy white interior. Roxanne is a great tasting radish with no pithiness or bleeding even at a larger size. This radish stays firm and solid even when oversized, and holds well in the garden.
These mature to a beautiful cream orange color and are bursting with sweet flavor. Produces medium-large fruits, 3 lobes and slightly elongated.
The Buttercup Burgess is a great squash with a nice, sweet flesh that keeps very well. This variety is a relatively early maturing winter squash. The Buttercup Burgess' plant is bushy and fairly compact.
The Sweet Hungarian Wax is a great pepper for pickling and adding into salads or sandwiches. This pepper variety produces light yellow peppers that can be picked early or let ripen to an orange-red color.

The Sudduth's Strain Brandywine Tomato is a pink Brandywine type with an excellent, rich and delightfully intense tomato flavor. This variety was obtained from Dorris Sudduth Hill whose family grew it for over 100 years. The large pink beefsteak tomatoes can grow to be about 2 pounds.
A 1918 The Great Northern Seed Company says this variety is not withstanding its immense size. This variety does not get hollow or pithy and its flesh remains sparkling white, solid, crisp and juicy. This slower bolting variety has the mildest flavor with a tender, crunchy texture.
Little SnowPea Purple produces dwarf-sized vines with beautiful purple flowers. This pea plant is tiny yet productive and does well in small gardens or containers. The pods mature early and have a crunchy bite. Plants will reach a maximum height of 24 inches. For pea shoots, matures in 10 days. Expect slender, tight greens with minimal side branching, upright habit, and ease of harvest and stack.
Produces an abundance of little snap peas that are delicious straight from the garden. This was one of our favorite snap peas in our trials at Urban Farmer. Little SnapPea Petite sets dainty, sweet, crunchy pods on a full-sized plant. Productive plants grow well in large containers, small gardens, or large gardens. Expect lots of crunchy, sweet, juicy, edible pod peas in about 65 days. In-ground plants will reach 80 inches, container-grown plants will be smaller. For Pea shoots, this variety grows quickly (10 days) and has delicate round leaves and fresh flavor-tastes just like spring peas! The texture is crisp but tender, and plants have long internodes and smallish leaves.
Just like its name, the Round Zucchini is an unusually shaped round variety. This Zucchini is great roasted in salads, baked, stuffed, stir-fried or made into zucchini bread. The mini, tender and delicious Round works especially well for stuffed zucchini recipes because of its unusual shape.
China Star is a high producing and uniform Chinese cabbage. Grows large heads with a dark green exterior and dark yellow interior. It is slow bolting. China Star performs well in all Chinese cabbage planting slots.
The Aunt Ruby German Green Tomato is an old time heirloom favorite for the garden that has an unmatchable juicy and spicy flavor! This giant, green beefsteak grows to be 4-5" and weighs over 1 lb.
Tango Lettuce is a fun curled baby leaf lettuce variety! This lettuce has a crisp clean texture and holds up well with numerous salad dressings. This attractive uniform plant forms tight erect rosettes that are 12" across and 6-8" tall. Tango is an oak leaf variety.
