VK Early is a fast growing corn variety that grows to 6-7’ tall with ears reaching 7.5-8.5" long. Kernels tend to be mostly yellow with some brown or maroon finish. Yields well for an open-pollinated variety with mostly flinty type ears.

The Pike melon is a very sweet melon variety that was bred in the 1930s. The sweet fragrant fruit is heavily netted on the outside with a juicy orange flesh. These melons can weigh 3-6 pounds depending on growing conditions.

The Partial Eclipse F1 Squash is a beautiful and tasty summer squash that has a lovely white scalloped shape with green radial stripes. This squash can be harvested as a baby while its skin is still a pale white or you can let it mature to be eaten like a winter squash or used as a display. Partial Eclipse has a very firm texture and a taste that is amazing when roasted.

Silver King corn is a sweet, all-white hybrid variety prized for its tender, juicy kernels and mild, delicious flavor. The Silver King is earlier than the Silver Queen variety and every bit as tasty. This corn is a Sugar Enhanced (SE) corn type that is amongst the earliest corns to mature. With slightly larger ears than of 16 to 18 tightly packed rows of snowy white kernels pack every ear of this succulent corn! The stalks reach 6 to 7 feet high and are wonderfully resilient, tolerating Rust, Stewart's Wilt, and Northern Corn Leaf Blight.

The Champion Radish is slow to become pithy. This radish is an excellent cooler weather variety, especially for short season climates. This bright red, crisp, round radish has large tops and is a good choice for early or late plantings. This highly recommended radish is great for eating fresh, in salads or for garnishes.

Fordhook Giant is a popular standard for many home gardens. This variety is one of best tasting Swiss Chards! The Fordhook Giant grows to be a dark glossy green color with a deeply savory leaf.

The Salsa Pepper is a mid-early variety of sweet Kapia for open field and greenhouse production. This pepper variety is very strong and productive, with good flower setting in warm climates. These peppers are relatively short and wide with thick juicy walls. Salsa is suitable for roasting, grilling, fresh market consumption and of course for making a sweet salsa!

With their wide, slightly flattened shape, the Mater Sandwich Tomato is great for slicing and layering, making it the perfect sandwich variety! This tomato is a large, slightly flat deep red tomato that lies across a piece of bread perfectly, tempting you with bits of bright red showing on all four sides! The Chieftain PMT F1 Squash is a small early butternut hybrid that has an amazing storage and shipping potential for market production. This compact two pound squash has fine-grained flesh that is perfect for roasting or stuffing. The Chieftain PMT F1 is improved to be powdery mildew tolerant.
