Captain Jack is an extra-large, dark orange Jack O’Lantern-type pumpkin. Its thick flesh and flat bottom enables the fruit to stand on its own. Extremely large, thick embedded handles match the large size of this pumpkin. Large and vigorous plants can support several fruit. Grows to 35-45lbs. in size.

The Hooligan is a small bicolored Jack Be Little hybrid with orange and white mottled colors. This pumpkin variety only weighs a 1/4 of a pound! Hooligan's vines provide excellent cover for high yields of fruit.

The Petite Mix Bell is a blend of our favorite mini bell peppers that are a sweet flavor explosion! These tiny peppers ripens to a rich yellow, red and purple colors when mature. The Petite Mix Bell blend is high yielding and produces 2-3 ounce peppers that make the perfect snack sized pepper. This mix is excellent for market selling or home growing for adding into salads!

Also known as ‘yam bean’, this tuber has crisp, sweet white flesh, and light brown skin. Low calorie food that is great in a salad or stir-fry. With a long, hot season it can grow 4-6" diameter and 4-5 lbs in weight. More temperate climates will produce smaller roots. Tubers develop after flowering and store well.

The Caspian Pink Tomato is a beautiful tomato variety that originally comes from Russia and was brought to America shortly after the cold war ended. This tomato has a sweet and rich flavor that is often compared to the Brandywine. The early maturing medium sized pink beefsteak tomato averages 10-12 ounces in size. The Caspian Pink plant has regular leaves.

The Russet Burbank is the standard Idaho Potato variety that Idaho built its reputation on! Also known as the "Idaho Netted Gem" or simply just "The Russet". This variety is the most widely grown potato in the United States. We have eaten literally thousands of Russet Burbank potatoes baked, and the last one always tastes just as delicious as the first! Dr. Burbank, the Russet Burbank's breeder, even admitted he was fortunate to have bred this popular cultivar!

The Red Oxheart Tomato, also known as the Hungarian Heart, is an excellent flavored unique, "ox heart" shaped tomato variety. The Romanesco broccoli is a funky little vibrant broccoli! Known for its different appearance, it is also a really great tasting broccoli! This Italian variety is bright lime green with lots of texture. The Romanesco is excellent for cool areas.

The Golden Greek Pepper is a mildly hot, bright yellow to red pepper! This variety should be picked when golden for the best taste! These 4" long by 1" thick peppers have a crispy flesh that is excellent when pickled or thrown in a Greek salad!

The Fiesta is a beautiful, heavy yielding broccoli . Uniform plants are medium height, giving rise to 5-7" blue-green heads. Heavy yields that are disease resistant, which is definitely a reason to celebrate!

The Kuroda Shin is a popular Oriental carrot with a nice sweet flavor. This variety is a great addition to any Oriental dish. The Kuroda Shin carrot's deep orange, stubby roots are mild and sweet. This is an excellent carrot for juicing as well. Grows well in many climate conditions, good for home or market.
