One of the hottest peppers in the world! Trinidad Scorpion Butch T pepper is hotter than the Bhut Jolokia and Naga Morich. Feels like a Scorpion is stinging your mouth! The Pimento Pepper is a great snacking pepper that goes excellent with cheese, specifically Pimento cheese! The Pimento, aka Sheepnose, is a beautiful sweet pepper that ripens from green to red. This variety is a round, oblate, and gorgeously ribbed pepper. The Pimento is great for long time storage and has an excellent crispy flesh with a delicious zesty flavor. Originated in Ohio, the Pimento is a vigorous producer in northern climates.

Anaheim Chili is a meaty hot pepper that is great for stuffing. This pepper variety has a mild to medium heat for a chili pepper. Each of these plant produce an abundance of spicy chili peppers that are 5-8" long. Anaheim Chili is great for roasting, stuffing, stews, sauces and eaten raw! A farmer back in the early 1900s bought some of these pepper seeds in Anaheim, California thus giving them the name they have today. The Red Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper) is among the world's hottest pepper! In 2006, the Guinness Book of Records confirmed that New Mexico State University had discovered the world's hottest chile pepper, the wrinkled, scarlet Bhut Jolokia. At 1,001,304 Scoville Heat Units (SHU), the Red Bhut Jolokia is nearly twice as hot as Red Savina, the Chile pepper variety it replaced as the world's hottest. In comparison, a New Mexico Green chile contains about 1,500 SHUs and an average jalapeno measures at about 10,000 SHUs. Use with caution.

The Peter, aka Willy, Pepper gets it's name, well because of what it resembles! This variety is an old heirloom that is grown as much for its shock value as it is for for its culinary value. Peter is an excellent pepper for chili powder! Its pods are 4-6 inches long with blunt ends that resemble a mans private area, no joke!

The Beaver Dam Pepper is a delicious pepper that makes a great for stuffed peppers or adding to sandwiches. This pepper variety was brought from Hungary to Beaver Dam, Wisconsin in 1912 by the Joe Hussli family. Beaver Dam ripens from green to orange to red with just a touch of a tangy heat flavor!

This color-crazy pepper starts out as a violet hue, then turns to a yellow/orange and then finally deep red! The Hungarian Sweet Wax is a great pepper for pickling and adding into salads or sandwiches. This pepper variety produces light yellow peppers that can be picked early or let ripen to a orange-red color.

The Tabasco Pepper is a very hot pepper that is most known for its fantastic spicy flavor in hot sauces! This pepper variety turns green to red when mature and grows to a size of .5" x 1.5." Tabasco reaches 30,000+ Scovilles!

A consistent producer of huge bell peppers. Blocky fruits grow to 6" with smooth, thick walls. When mature they slowly turn red with a tangy flavor. These peppers keep their consistency and high yields even in cooler temperatures. Plants grow up to 24" and have excellent foliage cover.

New Ace is a popular early variety for market growers and home gardeners. This is one of the earliest peppers to mature and has produces consistently good yields. Fruits contain 3 to 4 lobes with thick walls. Tangy, sweet and tender flesh. A good quality pepper for fresh market growers.

These mature to a beautiful cream orange color and are bursting with sweet flavor. Produces medium-large fruits, 3 lobes and slightly elongated.
