See all the new seed varieties we have added for 2025! Every year we add new seed to our already large collection of seed. We are excited to have selected so many new varieties for our customers to try. We have beautiful new flowers, delicious new vegetables and herbs for home gardeners.

Mix Kimono is a uniform, dense flower that makes beautiful containers. Mix Kimono contains reds, pinks, yellows and cream colored flowers. Celosia is ideal for extending the season and offers beautiful cut flowers. Kimono Celosia series is available in multiple colors that Urban Farmer offers.

This Profusion Mix is a beautiful zinnia blend with white, orange, yellow and dark-pink and red petals. A popular variety for greenhouse growers, containers and in the garden. Excellent disease resistance and uniformity. Also does very well in extreme heat and drought tolerant. Compact growth and excellent performance allow it to grow in all climates.

Matt's Wild Cherry tomatoes have a bright red color with bursting flavor and high sugar content. A moderate yielder that goes great in salsa, salads and fresh eating. Some resistance to early blight and late blight.

Candyland Red stays compact and tidy, so it won’t take over like other sprawling currants; easy to grow and earlier, too. The branched trusses make for accessible harvest and fruits detach without damage for more usable fruit. Produces an abundance of fruits that are very sweet. All-America Selections National Winner.

A newer hybrid from a find in a 2018 tomato trial! This determinate cocktail tomato has heavy sets of 2-ounce red fruits. Produces a wonderful flavor that has the perfect balance of acid and sugar. Produces a large abundance of cocktail sized tomatoes.

This beautiful tassel flower produces large, and reddish-green leaves that are joined by long “tails” of drooping flower heads populated by hundreds of tiny deep-crimson blooms.

Little SnowPea Purple produces dwarf-sized vines with beautiful purple flowers. This pea plant is tiny yet productive and does well in small gardens or containers. The pods mature early and have a crunchy bite. Plants will reach a maximum height of 24 inches. For pea shoots, matures in 10 days. Expect slender, tight greens with minimal side branching, upright habit, and ease of harvest and stack.

Headstart is a new quick to mature, ball type cabbage. This variety displays very uniform head size and good round shape. Does best in Southwest region.

Sugar Cube is a personal-size melon with explosive sweet flavor. Produces an abundance of uniform, heavily netted 2.5 lb. fruits the size of a grapefruit. Flesh has a dark-orange appearance that is crisp to the bite. Sugar Cube is highly disease resistant and provides an exceptionally long harvest window. Well-suited for northern and southern regions. High resistance to Fusarium wilt races 0–2, powdery mildew, and watermelon mosaic virus; intermediate resistance to papaya ringspot virus and zucchini yellow mosaic virus.

Starburst Lemon Éclair sunflower has a rich chocolate center with bursting lemon petals. It matures early and is one of the first to cut. Narrow plantings encourage plants with a dominant center flower that is perfect for cutting. Give it space and Lemon Éclair will develop branches bearing smaller flowers.

Camelot Lavender Digitalis (Digitalis purpurea) is a stunning hybrid foxglove variety developed for its large, tubular blooms in soft lavender with speckled white throats, offering a refined cottage garden appeal. Originating from the long-cultivated foxglove family, which has been cherished in European gardens for centuries, Camelot Lavender grows 36–48 inches tall and 12–18 inches wide, producing sturdy spikes that flower the first year when started early. For best results, sow seeds indoors 10–12 weeks before the last frost, then transplant into well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade. It requires consistent moisture, occasional deadheading, and protection from extreme heat. Blooming in about 120–150 days, this variety is perfect for borders, pollinator gardens, and cut flower arrangements, attracting bees, hummingbirds, and admirers alike.

Bonita Pink Aster produces beautiful, fully-double pompon flowers that that turn vibrant pink. The blue flowers reach up to 2" in diameter and remain attractive even when aging. Pink Bonita’s flowers are held at a perfect angle for maximum impact. Bonita has fusarium resistance.

The Monster series strawflowers are high yielding produces of fresh cut or dried arrangements. Blooms have deep red tips that turn yellow toward the center. The Fireball Red variety produces extra large double blooms with long and strong stems. Blooms reach 2–2 1/2" across.

A beautiful flower that can be used for fresh or dry cut-flower arrangements. Beautiful dark green foliage and symmetric buds add structure to mixed bouquets. Combines very well with sunflower cuts. Also known as safflower.

Red Lemon BiColor is a beautiful sunflower with lemon petals that blend into a red center. This is a unique blend that hasn't been replicated. The red color on the petals diffuses over the lemon base giving a soft almost pinkish color to the flower as it opens.

Bonita Light Blue Aster produces beautiful, fully-double pompon flowers that that turn completely light blue. The light blue flowers reach up to 2" in diameter and remain attractive even when aging.
