Composting

Composting is eco-friendly and provides high quality nutrients to your garden. Instead of throwing away bio-degradable scraps try making a compost pile that will slowly break down your scraps into usable nutrients for your plants.

Gardeners can turn kitchen and yard waste into soil-enriching compost with the 100-gallon Compost Sak.

Sprinkle enough Bio-Excelerator to completely cover your compost pile (approximately 1 cup per 16 square feet of compost). Each time you add another layer of organic material, sprinkle Bio-Excelerator completely over your last layer. If you completely moisten (not soak) the added layer after your application of Bio-Excelerator and turn the pile regularly (preferably once a week), you can reduce the time required for humus production to 2 to 3 months minimum.

Adding Giant Red Wiggler worms to your garden or compost pile will result in soil activity that results in higher yields and healthy vegetables. These red wigglers are 3-5 inches in length and are about as thick as a pencil. These worms will help consume piles of vegetable and food scraps in a compost pile or create wonder garden soil by breaking down the soil into usuable nutrients for your plants. Worm castings are 7 times richer in phophates, 5 times richer in nitrogen and 11 times richer in potash. Our worms are: - 100% guaranteed alive. - Insect and Mite free. - Excellent fishing worms. - Great composting worms.
